Booking

A 25% deposit confirms your booking.

Payment can be made by BACS, Cheque or PayPal, Credit card/Debit card (via PayPal)

Remainder of sum due to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A booking made within 6 weeks of arrival date must be paid in full.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel please inform us as soon as possible. We will re-advertise and if re-let your money will be repaid.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, which make Tucked Away unavailable for your use, we will endeavour to find suitable alternative accommodation; if this is not possible your full fee will be returned

Insurance

Our advice is that you check your insurance cover; or alternatively obtain holiday insurance to cover loss due to cancellation.

Occupancy

The let commences from 4pm on the day of your arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of your departure.

Guests should take proper care of the property, furniture and fittings and leave the accommodation in the same clean and tidy condition as it was found upon arrival and to report any damage and breakages before departure.

No smoking or pets are allowed inside the premises.

Please inform us of any breakages or damage in time for us to find suitable replacements for incoming guests. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to expensive items.
